Overview

The Township of Stillwater, MN has adopted the following codes:

• 2003 Minnesota Building Code, based on the 2000 IBC, including Appendix K of the 2001 Supplements, with amendments. Minn. R. § 1305.0011. 
• 2003 Minnesota Residential Code, based on the 2000 IRC, with amendments. Minn. R. § 1309.0010.
• 2003 Minnesota Guidelines for the Rehabilitation of Existing Buildings, based on the 2000 IEBC with amendments. Minn. R. § 1311.0010.

Stillwater Township, MN Ordinance # 131 §1 (Adopting the MN State Building Code).

Per a telephone conversation with a PLRB staff member on December 12, 2019, Jack Kramer, Building Official, stated any inspections or enforcement are done with the current MN State Building Codes.

Residential Building Code
